The Visitor, by purchasing an admission ticket
- For general university events on Mondays, 1500 HUF with a student ID, 2500 HUF without,
- For events marked Special Episode, 2500 HUF with student ID, 3000 HUF without.
By attending the event, you automatically accept the rules and regulations of the venue.
The organisers reserve the right to restrict the items and equipment that may be brought into the venue area in order to ensure the safe conduct of the events of Kazánház Egyetemi Klub:
- Any professional image or sound recording equipment,
- toxic or flammable materials,
- dangerous objects (glass, weapons, knives, etc…),
- any pyrotechnic device, liquor and drugs
The concert will be audio and video recorded, in which you may appear. You may not make any claims against the organisers, the promoters or the performers/performers in this respect!
The use of drones to take video or photographic recordings on or above the venue is only permitted with the prior written permission of the organisers, in compliance with all applicable legal requirements and without compromising the safety of the participants.
The sound and light effects used at the concert may cause physical discomfort or hearing loss to those sensitive to them! Please enter the venue at your own risk!
The area of the Kazánház University Club is monitored by a camera system and the recordings are stored for 3 days.
There is a charge for the use of the cloakroom. We cannot be held responsible for any valuables left in the cloakroom. In case of loss of the cloakroom ticket, the clothes can only be returned after the last guest has left or after a record has been made.
Lost property will be collected in the cloakroom at the Kazánház University Club, together with any valuables left in the cloakroom, and will be kept for one week after the event. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any material damage resulting from the irresponsible behaviour of the Visitor.
Visitors under the age of 14 may enter the venue only under the supervision of an adult relative, and visitors over the age of 16 may visit individually. is strictly forbidden to damage or damage the natural values around the Boiler House University Club, to pollute the environment or to build fires, for example! Violation of the rules of nature conservation will be severely punished!
Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas!
The organisers reserve the right to change the programme and the right of access!
Damaged wristband does not entitle to entry!
RULES OF CONDUCT
The Guest is obliged to behave on the premises of the Boiler House University Club in accordance with the general norms, the applicable legal regulations and these rules. The Guest is obliged to refrain from any manifestation, communication or action that may endanger or harm the personal rights, life, health or physical integrity of others.
The Guest is under a special obligation to protect the natural values of the territory of the Boiler House University Club and to refrain from damaging them. The Operator asks the Guests to use the rubbish bins for the disposal of rubbish.
Any person who:
- endangers the life, limb or property rights of others or themselves; the integrity of their property or the natural environment; commits an offence;
- engages in disorderly conduct (generally defiantly anti-social, violent, offensive or alarming behaviour, or behaviour which is flagrantly contrary to the requirements of coexistence or otherwise gives rise to police action);
- fails to remove prohibited articles from the premises when requested to do so,
- has not entered the Boiler House University Club through the entrance or has been removed from it;
- enters or stays in an area closed to the public without permission (backstage, construction area, service area, warehouse, etc.).
- You are under age restriction or are banned from the area by the Operator or the Organiser.
The entry fee cannot be claimed back by anyone who has been refused entry or removed for any of the above reasons.
